Observation and Ideal:
Globalization has changed the food supply and production system. In addition, consumption behavior and lifestyle, the increase in external environmental pollution, and climate change are all closely related to food safety.
During the food safety storm, Chinese people are more concerned about what they eat. ex: original food, processed food, food additives,expired raw materials...etc.
Food safety starts from knowing food! As an office worker who is a foodie, in addition to thinking about what to eat for lunch every day, what is more important is to understand what I am eating?
